    Opening Ceremony
    Location: Modern art museum of Armenia (Public) Concert starts: 7:00pm.
    Opening ceremony & Armenian artists group exhibition The opening ceremony of the festival at Modern art Museum of Armenia followed by the performance of piano piece by Yiran Chao written for Garik Karapetyan’s paintings.

    HASS Guitar Festival - Rafael Aguirree

    Rafael Aguirre is an internationally acclaimed musician whose deep understanding of music, dazzling virtuosity and immensely diverse repertoire has taken him to 28 countries. 13 first prizes at international competitions (a spanish record), including Pro Musicis (New York) and Tárrega (Benicàssim), made possible the beginning of an extraordinary career being today one of the most celebrated guitarists, following the spanish tradition set by Andres Segovia and Narciso Yepes.

    Srdjan Bulat (Croatia) Srdjan Bulat the winner of the most prestigious guitar competition Franciso Tarrega and with his debut CD with Naxos Label. One of the most successful world guitarists. In his program he will showcase the contemporary music from Croatia.

    HASS Guitar Festival - Emre Gokalp

    Emre Gokalp (Turkey) Gökalp's awards include first prize in the second Classical Guitar Competition in Orleans, France in 1999; second prize in the third Antonio Lauro Classical Guitar Competition in Ankara, Turkey in 2000. Emre will present anatolian music arranged and transcribed for classical guitar as well as playing transcriptions of Armenian Composer Komitas.

    Masterclasses by composer show the special techniques that they are using for compositions as well as discussions about the process during the collaborations made by artists. Composers include: Ben Lunn (UK), Maja Palser (Switzerland) , Justina Rabakaite (France)

    Seminars by the Armenian contemporary artists to discuss the project and the direction of modern art nowadays: Sam Grigorian(Germany), Vahe Berberian (USA) , Garik Karapetyan(Armenia)

    Hearing Art Seeing Sound Part 1
    Location: Concert/Exhibition Armenian Center for Contemporary and Experimental Art. 7.00pm
    This is the main project of the festival which consists of then artists and ten composers that have been working together to combine two artforms Music and Arts. The first half of the project will present 5 compositions with 5 paintings. Artists include: Gagik Babayan, Sonia Balasannian, Leoleo, Vahe Berberian, David Kareyan. Music by: Elischa Kaminer, Andrey Rubtsov, Justina Repeckaite, Andrew Crossley, Rahilia Hasanova.
